LearningCaff is dedicated to secure the contentment of all customers who subscribe to our solution. Our Return / Cancellation & Refund policy for all LearningCaff services as follows:

  • 1. Kindly clarify your doubts before you make a payment and make sure you understand the benefits that ourpaid subscription is offering.
  • 2. When a customer dial us or write email to us, our foremost response is to assist in getting technical support or customer service for the customer for the Service that they had subscribed. However, in some cases a Service may be dissatisfying to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a Refund may be processed.
  • 3. LearningCaff will, at its sole discretion, allow for the replacement of any lead within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Issue raised regarding leads received beyond 48 hours, will not be eligible for ANY replacement claims.
  • 4. The leads return for replacement will be permitted only for the "Inadequate selected area, Inadequate selected Course, and Inadequate selected City”. We don't provide replacement for leads deviation of mind or decisiveness to pursue the training program or not attending the calls.
  • 5. Our policy on refund is stipulated only within 7 days from the date of paid subscription& is subject matter only after our internal checking.
  • 6. In regard to the above description (point 5.), if at any time you contradict with our Return and Refund Policy, your solitary remedy is to abate the use of the LearningCaff Services and terminate your account. LearningCaff won’t be in a state to refund or charge any amount if the issue is raised after the span of 7 days.
