Yes, I have conflict in the past. Never Major ones, but there have been disagreements that needed to be resolved. I have found that when conflict occurs, it helps to fully understand the other person‘s perspective, so I take time to listen to their point of view, then I seek to work out a collaborative solution.
4. What irritates you about co-workers?
I believe in teamwork. Even if I find anything irritating, I try to avoid it unless it personally affects me.
5. Why have you been unemployed for such a long time?
I enrolled myself in some advanced Software courses. It took me to complete <mention months or year> months/year.

IT Networking/Software Development is part of IT. IT stands for Information Technology, so I believe if I have enough information then I can choose this track. Also, I believe some mathematical calculations and scientific sense are involved in this track, that I can do using my common sense and studding books.

For Fresher – I expect my salary based on my education qualification and company standard.

Myself Arun Das, I born and brought up in Kolkata. I have done BA in 2015 from CU. I am fresher and looking for a Software Development job. Also, I have done PHP and JAVA course. I have 4 members in my family, my parents, my sister and me. Sir that’s all about myself.

Within five years, I would like to see myself as the best Developer in your company. I want to work toward becoming the expert that others rely upon. And I am doing so, I feel I’ll be fully prepared to take on any greater responsibilities which might be presented in the long term.
